Cancellation Policy

For Rentals:

  1. Before Delivery: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Within 24 Hours of Delivery: A cancellation fee of (Fixed Amount) may apply.
  3. After Delivery: Once the rental period has started, cancellations are not permitted.

For Refurbished Products:

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the product has not been shipped.
  2. If the product has already been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

For Rentals:

  1. Refunds for cancelled rentals (if eligible) will be processed within the next business days to the original payment method.
  2. Security deposits will be refunded after the rented device is returned, inspected, and deemed to be in acceptable condition. Any damages or late fees will be deducted from the deposit.

For Refurbished Products:

  1. Refunds are only available if the product is found to be defective or not as described.
  2. To request a refund, customers must notify us within the next days of receiving the product and return the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  3. Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Return and Exchange Policy

For Refurbished Products:

  1. Products eligible for return must be in unused condition with the original packaging and accessories intact.
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.

For Rentals:

  1. Rented devices cannot be exchanged or returned once delivered unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Physical damage caused to the device after delivery.
  2. Loss of accessories or original packaging.
  3. Non-compliance with the terms outlined in the rental agreement.
  4. Change of mind after the product is shipped or rental has started.

Process for Refunds and Returns

To initiate a refund or return, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Follow the instructions provided for returning the item.

Late or Missing Refunds
